Special Collection for
Fire Victims.... There will be a special collection this weekend
for the relatives of Bev Clements who lost their home and belongings
to a house fire. The monies collected will go to provide clothing and
personal needs in the form of gift cards to Wal-Mart and Kohls. Thanks
in advance for your charity.
2013 Anniversary
Celebration and Calendar.... We will have our next planning
meeting for the centennial calendar after 5pm mass at St. James on
Saturday, February 18th. All are welcome to attend. We will be working
on the 100 year anniversary cookbook for our centennial. If you would
like to be on the committee, please call MaDonna Cieslak at
636-257-2253 or 314-402-8186. We will have a dinner during the
meeting. Please bring a covered dish. The theme for the dinner is
Mardi Gras.
Night at the Races at St. Mary's. We are working on our first
fundraiser for the year. It will take place on Friday, April 20. The
Mouse Race it is a lot of fun. If you could help with the preparing of
the event, please call Janet Groom @ 742-0626 or 257-5600.
